After a few early morning sunrise seasons this past week, I am totally sold on 6:30am as the new best time for photography with small children! I’ve been looking forward to the Cummins family session for a while because I keep seeing such adorable pictures of Eva on IG and could not wait for their session! Their session certainly did not disappoint… are they not the most adorable family!?
Many people wait until the fall for family pictures (so they can get those Christmas cards out just in the nick of time), which of course we all love the fall colors, but summer sessions are soo gorgeous in Indiana because of all the greenery and wildflowers! Also, the temps are perfect right now to get little ones outside in the morning or the evening. Baby milestone sessions (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, cake smash, etc) all are so adorable outside and babies can wear those super cute rompers and not freeze.

Once we decide on date, we talk through outfits and locations (I have Pinterest inspiration boards to help brainstorm) and how to best coordinate with the location. If the weather is not cooperative, we will reschedule until we get the best day possible for you. My ultimate goal of course is photos that you absolutely love but really, I want to make your session as fun and laid back as possible so that you can relax and connect with those you love most.
